At the Unity Roadshow today in Boston going over all of the latest goodness in Unity 5 — like light bouncing and audio mixer. The audio mixer is cool but it’s a pretty basic DAW – snapshots and blending between them. What I’d love is a great audio sequencer / musical synthesis library. I know some devs are trying to use Pd but I really wish there was something like Thomas Dolby’s Beatnik plugin that Headspace put out. Was like a General Midi / Akai sampler plugin that packaged up everything into a beautiful plugin that could be controlled — ie BPM, track mixing / panning, filters, etc. Something great for real interactive audio.
